Group Rates

Group registration discounts are available pending full compliance with requirements. A discount of 10 percent off of the grand total of registration fees will apply if the following conditions are met:


  1. Group discounts only apply to four (4) or more full conference registrations from the same facility. The discount will apply to hospital systems, separate campuses of medical centers, etc. 
  2. Payment for all registrants must be on one check or credit card.
  3. A combination of NAHAM members and non-members is acceptable, as long as they all are from the same institution.
  4. Registrations meeting the requirements are approved to discount 10 percent from the total of combined registration fees.
  5. Discounts apply to conference registration ONLY and exclude pre-conference symposia or spouse/guest tickets to social events.
  6. Should registrants need to cancel registration before the cancellation deadline or the total remaining number of group registrants falls below four, each will be invoiced for the regular full conference rate and must pay the outstanding balance in order to receive registration materials on-site.

To register using the group rate, please register online. On the first screen, please enter at least '4' in the registration quantity (can be a combination of member and non-member, if necessary) and proceed through the registration process. The discount will appear at checkout.

Refund Policy

NAHAM must receive all cancellation requests in writing on or before March 19, 2019. Fax cancellation requests to (202) 367-2173 or email to and retain a copy of the communication for your records. All refunds will be processed 3-6 weeks after the Annual Conference and will be assessed a $50 administrative fee. All sales are final after March 19, 2019. Substitutions may be made at any time, but must be made in writing.
