Patient Access is vital to the healthcare system and overall revenue cycle, whether your role is front end or back facing. While our in-person event was cancelled due to COVID-19, we recognize the value of continuing education to your role as Patient Access professionals. We are excited to offer virtual education at zero cost to NAHAM members.

 

Registration

 

Registration is FREE for NAHAM members, and $102.50 for nonmembers. The best part? If you register as a nonmember attendee, you will receive complimentary membership for the remainder of 2020.

What is the NAHAM Online Experience Experience?

The NAHAM Online Experience Experience event is an all-virtual event that you can experience from the comfort and safety of your home. This event runs for 4 weeks, starting Wednesday, September 9 and lasting until Wednesday, September 30.

During this four-week time period, each day is dedicated to live education and networking between the hours of 10:00am and 3:00pm Eastern.

 

I am not a NAHAM member, can I attend this event?

Yes! The nonmember price for the event is $102.50, and the best part is, you'll receive NAHAM member benefits for the remainder of 2020 with your attendance to the Online Experience.


How do I access the live education program sessions?

Registered attendees of the event will receive weekly email instructions with direct links to join the live webinars. We will also be setting up a dedicated webpage with join links that will be accessible to attendees only.

 

Will live education content be available after it has aired?

Yes, recordings from the Wednesday live sessions will be available in your online education portal the following day.

 

How do I access the recorded education content?

Registered attendees of the event have been granted access to the NAHAM Online Experience education in the  NAHAM Education Portal.

To access the portal, you must be signed into your NAHAM account on the NAHAM website. Hover over "Education" and click on Access Your Purchased Content." Only registered attendees of the event have been granted access to this education product.

 

Will I earn NAHAM Contact Hours by attending this event?

Yes, you will earn 16 NAHAM Contact Hours by either: attending the live sessions or viewing the sessions on-demand. Only registered attendees will receive certificates of completion.
