Congratulations to the 2019 Best in Keys Award Winners!

In 2018, NAHAM launched the very first NAHAM AccessKeys® Award to celebrate and recognize NAHAM members who demonstrate outstanding performance through NAHAM’s AccessKeys®. NAHAM’s AccessKeys® are 34 essential functions critical to your facility’s performance that measure how well front-end departments and staff are doing across six Patient Access domains.

The Best in Keys award recognizes excellence across four key performance indicators:

  • Point of Service Collections to Revenue
  • Estimate to Registration Rate
  • Insurance Verification Rate
  • Completed Pre-Registration Rate

To be eligible for the award, applicants were required to meet the ‘good benchmark’ for each KPI and submit narrative information about their processes.

NAHAM is very pleased to recognize the 2019 Awardees!

Small Hospital:

St. Rose Dominican SienaSt. Rose Dominican Sienna
Henderson, NV

To accommodate the growing health care needs of Henderson, Dignity Health - St. Rose Dominican opened its Siena Campus in 2000. The second acute care hospital in the area enhanced and expanded the services of the Rose de Lima Campus.

The Siena Campus is named after Saint Catherine of Siena (1347-1380), a lay woman who devoted her life to prayer and caring for the sick and poor. Catherine of Siena was canonized in 1461 and named a Doctor of the Church in 1970 which means her teachings are considered relevant for the whole church and for all time.
