<description><![CDATA[Hi, We too follow a schedule and then Auth workflow. We do not go by scheduled on date, but instead actual DOS. We have a goal of 14 days out from date of service and 7 days secured. Our daily metrics are impacted by any cases "added on" prior to the next full date of service in WQ. We consider 5 or more accounts a "full" date of service.]]></description>
