<description><![CDATA[When we run RTE for a Medicare Advantage plan it does not come back with the secondary payor information since it is ran against the advantage plan and not Medicare. Has anyone encountered this and how are you getting the secondary payor information real time?]]></description>

With my experience with Epic, I have not seen RTE for an Advantage Plan state there is a secondary payor. Is it possible? I would say more than likely and may need to be a conversation with your clearinghouse vendor.]]></description>
