<description><![CDATA[Would anybody be willing to share what information they are capturing on their front end registration score cards and how they are capturing this information? Are there specific reports in EPIC that you are using? Thank you in advance for help.]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[Hello-<br /><br />When I was a Patient Access Manager I used Epic Reports through MyReports on POS Collections, Reg Timing, MSP Audits, Daily ED Volume, High Dollar Audits with CM. Some may be already in your Epic and if not your analytics team can build them in. We also used other programs like Kronos for time and attendance, Workday for training and performance.<br /><br />Epic does have Dashboards to show Denials, Revenue, WQ utilization. I would have to compile all numbers for team members into excel which was shared on a drive.]]></description>
