Our current structure is not sufficient and needs to be addressed. We have one supervisor and two leads per ED with average visits per ED ranging from 155-220 per day. I am suggesting two supervisors and 24/7 leads as well as utilizing a staff "on-call" program. Any information you can share will be greatly appreciated.
