Hi everyone, I am in search of your leadership (including lead positions) structure especially as it relates to the ED Registration function. Our current structure is not sufficient and needs to be addressed. We have one supervisor and two leads per ED with average visits per ED ranging from 155-220 per day. I am suggesting two supervisors and 24/7 leads as well as utilizing a staff "on-call" program. Any information you can share will be greatly appreciated.
