The Patient Chose You. Aren’t YOU Lucky?
How to Exceed the Needs of Your Patient: On the Phone or Face to Face

Presented by:

Kandy Swanson
Regional Director of Admitting & Registration
BayCare Health System

This webinar will discuss what it takes to go from better to best when it comes to delivering top notch customer service. Learn how to encourage accountability in providing the type of customer service the client and patient will remember – the type of service that makes the client feel welcome and like a member of the family.

It all starts with happy and loyal team members who deliver the right attitude and service and it ends with a happy and loyal customer – one that will go out and recommend you to everyone they know!

Until the good is better, and the better is best.” Ask Kandy and she’ll say that is her favorite quote, one that inspires her on her continuous journey to improve the patient’s overall experience in the healthcare setting. She not only shares this quote with all of her team members as part of their initial patient experience orientation but with the audiences she speaks to when delivering education sessions on improving customer service in the healthcare setting.
