What Does The Exam Cover

The NAHAM Certification Commission released a revised Certified Healthcare Access Manager (CHAM) exam content outline in October of 2016. The revised exam content outline serves as the foundation for the CHAM examination, not only by providing framework for the elements of practice that will be tested, but also by establishing relevance and validity for the CHAM exam.  The October 2016 CHAM testing window was the first to utilize this content outline. Please visit this page for more detailed information.
