Please submit a copy of your Exhibit Space Contract to Steve Rabeor at srabeor@naham.orgor via fax to 202.367.2172. Additionally, please submit the original with your check payment to the address on the form.

Exhibitor Marketing Kit

Use this marketing kit to spread the word about your participation in the NAHAM conference. Exhibitors who send a promotional email to their patient access contacts will receive their company’s logo in the Mobile App – an opportunity valued at $250 in our prospectus—for free. This inclusion offers added visibility before, during, and after the conference. Once completed, please forward your email and logo to kmills@naham.org for proof of participation.

Attendees are responsible for making their own room reservations with the Sheraton New Orleans. We recommend making your room reservation for accommodation early to guarantee your room at NAHAM’s negotiated discounted rates. *Please note that NAHAM is not using a housing bureau, and has not authorized any vendors to contact our attendees regarding housing.*

The reservation cut-off date is May 4, 2016. We are not able to guarantee that our block of rooms will not sell out prior to this date—therefore, early reservations are recommended.
