National Healthcare Access Personnel Week will take place April 4 - 10, 2010. National Healthcare Access Personnel Week provides the perfect opportunity to enhance guest relations, increase hospital morale and improve communications.

NAHAM has great ideas for recognition programs and promotional activities. We would like your support and expertise in planning our special events, especially those involving the entire hospital.

Please review NAHAM's website (http://www.naham.org) which provides background information on this important celebration. I would appreciate your suggestions for organizing our activities during this special week. We hope you can support us in the worthwhile effort.
