Industry-Supported Symposia (ISS) are commercially supported sessions held in conjunction with the NAHAM 41st Annual Educational Conference which will convene April 19-22, 2015 in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Industry-Sponsored Symposia are distinct sessions separate from NAHAM Learning Labs. ISS will be held during lunch on Monday, April 20, and breakfast on Tuesday, April 21.
Sessions must be open to all fully-registered NAHAM conference attendees at no charge. Please note that meals on these days will only be available to attendees participating in the ISS.
If your company is interested in presenting an Industry-Sponsored Symposium at the upcoming NAHAM conference, please complete the application form at the bottom of this page. Submissions will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis providing the subject matter is determined to align with information professionals in patient access services need to know. There are two spots available per time slot; please select your preference on the form and we will assign spots based on submission date. Slots can fill up at any time; once the four symposia are set, we cannot accept any more proposals.

7:30 - 8:45 a.m. - Breakfast will be served to ISS attendees

$9,000 per luncheon symposia on April 20
$7,000 per breakfast symposia on April 21
Fee includes all food & beverage and audio visuals costs. There will be no supplemental fees for participating companies unless there are AV requirement beyond the standard room setting. Your registration fee covers food and beverage for 100 attendees. AV includes LCD projector, screen, and podium microphone. There will also be a head table set for four. Fee also includes promotion by NAHAM via web description and link to your company’s site, a blast email to all attendees prior to the conference promoting the symposia, a listing in the onsite meeting program, and two reduced rate meeting registrations (at the same price as those offered to exhibitors).
