Registration rates for the 39th Annual Educational Conference & Exposition are as follows:
Group registration discounts are available pending full compliance with requirements. A discount of 10 percent off of the grand total of registration fees will apply if the following conditions are met:
- Group discounts only apply to four (4) or more full conference registrations from the same facility. The discount will apply to hospital systems, separate campuses of medical centers, etc.
- Registration form must be legible, completed in full and mailed with proper payment.
- Payment for all registrants must be on one check or credit card.
- A combination of NAHAM members and non-members is acceptable, as long as they all are from the same institution.
- Registrations meeting the requirements are approved to discount 10 percent from the total of combined registration fees.
- Discounts apply to conference registration ONLY and exclude pre-conference symposia or spouse/guest tickets to social events.
- Should registrants need to cancel registration before the cancellation deadline or the total remaining number of group registrants falls below four, each will be invoiced for the regular full conference rate and must pay the outstanding balance in order to receive registration materials on-site.
