The Ambassador program provides our members with technical information and helps to increase
visibility of and support for education and certification through NAHAM.
 Through creation of the Ambassador position, NAHAM is able to provide our members with access to a patient access services veteran who is well versed in the field. Maxine Wilson is a former member of the Board of Directors and has been
instrumental in the development and support of the Certified Healthcare
Access Manager and Certified Healthcare Access Associate programs as
well as our other programs over the years.
NAHAM members at large are welcome to contact Maxine if they have a
technical question or would like some support that a general member of
the NAHAM staff cannot provide. The Ambassador may also be available to
present at or exhibit at meetings across the United
States.
